Shipping Policy

GETITGIRL Cosmetics Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At GETITGIRL Cosmetics Online, your satisfaction upon delivery is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with how the products purchased from GETITGIRL Cosmetics Online have arrived, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund. We have a 10 Day return policy.

You can return items by mail and enjoy free shipping on your return package. To return by mail, follow the four easy steps below:

1. REACH OUT

Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on getitgirlcosmetics.com may be returned. If you prefer to return your order at headquarters, please provide the associate with your email address or bring your shipping confirmation email with you as a proof of purchase.

2. PRINT IT
Print the label from your email.

3. PACK IT
Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

4. SHIP IT
Take the package to any UPS location or request a UPS package pick-up by calling 1.800.PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
